Summary
This article is about the diplomatic asylum which is mainly regulated by political aspect rather than the legal point of view. As it is shown in the structure of the article, the history of establishment of right to asylum, the differences in the approaches of the local and foreign scholars, fundamental elements and territorial classification is discussed in the article. The reasons and outcomes of essence of the uniform international legal document for legal regulation of the relations is analyzed.
