Abstract
Extradition conception, extradition in the context of surrender, its development history and sources, necessary conditions for using of extradition, cases that exclude using, third state and extradition , as well as human rights in the context of the person who will be extradited had been analyzed in the article. Missing features that related with mentioned had been determined and suggestions had been asserted for removing of shortcomings.
