Abstract
Islamic religion that faces problems in the area of feminism and in the Islamic law that derives from it, the question of reflection of woman rights always creates controversy. The rights of muslim women that had been settled in different countries are between “there is” and “ there is not”. From this point of view a place was given to the comparison of the woman rights in Islam and the woman rights existing In Islamic countries, to the question of not applying the “secularization” principles to Muslim women in secular countries, besides these problems were investigated in the sample of both Muslim and secular countries.
