Abstract
Shadow banking, which emerges and develops exponentially as the result of development of free market economy and renewing and increasing financial demand, outstrips almost all traditional banking systems with the volume of means it has. In this article, the growth and concept of shadow banking have been researched as “the next generation courier” of credit transactions. I have analyzed the new model of shadow banking which appeared in last years and regulation of the Chinese model. The article attempted to suggest a solution for the disputes and lack of regulation.
