L.Rev. viii (2024)<\/cite>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Being asked to write the foreword for the 10th Volume of the Baku State University Law Review filled me with pride. It also allowed me to reflect on the journey and future of this \u201cchild\u201d that has matured over the past decade.
