L.Rev. 38 (2015)<\/cite>\n<br>\n<cite>Article language: Azerbaijani.<\/cite>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>This article reveals freedom of contract, one of the basic principles of civil law and within it\u00a0depicts the principle of \u201cbona fide\u201d. It illustrates the appearing of freedom of contract and as\u00a0well as gives a description about the role of will principle. At the same time, the article\u00a0reveals what kind of promises that freedom gave, whether it was relative or absolute. There\u00a0is also analyzed in which situations it has to be limited. As well as the establishment and\u00a0legal characteristics of \u201cbona fide\u201d principle was analyzed. It was offered to our legislation\u00a0system to change it.
