L.Rev. 24 (2015)<\/cite>\n<br>\n<cite>Article language: Azerbaijani.<\/cite>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>The article is dedicated to the role of received gifts as donation when inheritance\u00a0relationships are set up. There is shown in which cases concerning the donation is rather\u00a0fair. There is appreciated negative and positive points by comparative analysis with civil\u00a0legislature of France, Germany, England, Turkey and other countries and national civil\u00a0legislature. There are shown recommendations on determining fair and more perfect legal\u00a0norms in the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In addition, the article covers the\u00a0cases in which gifts to marital property should be considered as the shared ownership\u00a0property and how should be adjusted in the partitioning of shares. There are reflected\u00a0approaches of different authors about in which cases the rule of the shared ownership\u00a0property should be established besides marriage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"\/files\/archive\/volume2\/issue1\/2BakuStULRev24.pdf\">Download: PDF<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2 Baku St. U.
