L.Rev. 8 (2015)<\/cite>\n<br>\n<cite>Article language: Azerbaijani.<\/cite>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>In the article the concept of lacunae is tried to be analyzed from points of view of natural\u00a0and positive law. In addition, well-known scholars\u2019 perspectives, notion and types of\u00a0lacunas, ways for in order to get dispose of lacunas, practices of Azerbaijan and foreign\u00a0countries are examined and those are dissected at the core of article. In the conclusion, the\u00a0role of elimination of lacunae in legislation and regulation of social relations is emphasized.\u00a0As a solution it is suggested that in order to eliminate obstacles of lacunae in special hard\u00a0cases judges should be granted with discretion regarding their role in lawmaking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"\/files\/archive\/volume2\/issue1\/2BakuStULRev8.pdf\">Download: PDF<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2 Baku St. U.
