L.Rev. 79 (2020)<\/cite>\n<br>\n<cite>Article language: Azerbaijani.<\/cite>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Abstract<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Law of Azerbaijan Republic \u201con Social Allowances\u201d is one of the most applied laws, as it defines social security rights of a large group of population from different categories. Article 9 of the law describes determination of time of appointment of social allowances. However, as the time period fixed in the 1st part of this article is not clearly expressed, it confuses the individuals who read and apply it. In the article, the issues regarding compliance level of the item to the principle of legal certainty, incorrectly formed court practice about the time applied to veterans, the time period indicated in current edition of the part of the article are analyzed, and at the end the suggestions are given in order to change the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"\/files\/archive\/volume6\/issue1\/6BSULawRev1.6..pdf\">Download: PDF<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6 Baku St. U.
