L.Rev. 178 (2017)<\/cite>\n<br>\n<cite>Article language: Azerbaijani.<\/cite>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>Shadow banking, which emerges and develops exponentially as the result of development of free market economy and renewing and increasing financial demand, outstrips almost all traditional banking systems with the volume of means it has. In this article, the growth and concept of shadow banking have been researched as \u201cthe next generation courier\u201d of credit transactions. I have analyzed the new model of shadow banking which appeared in last years and regulation of the Chinese model.
